Jessica Sierra is an American Idol cast off who’s had recent run-ins with the law, and now a sex tape. Jessica Sierra was born November 11, 1985, so her age is 22. She came in 10th place on the fourth season of American Idol. She’s been living in Tampa, Florida, her hometown, since her elimination.

She has been making news, having been arrested twice since her says on Idol. The first time, in April 2007, she was arrested for battery and possession of cocaine after she hit a man with a glass bottle. The second offense was December 1, 2007, when she refused to leave a bar in Ybor City outside Tampa. She is currently behind bars until her December 20 hearing; she has pleaded not guilty to the latest charges. Local officials are claiming that Sierra offered oral sex in order to get out of trouble.

Now, there’s a sex tape. Apparently a “major porn company” has obtained a tape featuring Jessica Sierra in various sexual poses in a cheap hotel room. The video, shot earlier this year, is said to be released before the end of the year, just before the premiere of the seventh season of American Idol.
